SHALL WE DANCE.

(1937) dist. , 4r/30 minutes/b/w.,

Another Astaire/Rogers classic from which the Mountain editor has removed all the plot. What we are left with is the excellent music by George and Ira Gershwin, and superb dancing by Fred and Ginger in Beginners Luck, Slap That Bass, They All Laughed, Lets Call The Whole Thing Off, They Can't Take That Away From Me, and the finale, Shall We Dance.

Despite a few poorly graded scenes, it's a good souvenir of Astaire and Rogers dancing at their best. A bargain at the current discount offers, so get in there while you still can.
